Loïc Le Fouest

Loïc is a Customer Experience (CX) expert, specialising in service design, business model innovation and circular economy.

As the head of the CX practice at Clarasys, he brings a customer-first perspective to circular business models, helping brands shift from sustainability as a compliance challenge to circularity as a compelling customer proposition.

Loïc offers a unique perspective into unlocking value from the circular economy for businesses, communities, and individuals. Most recently, he worked with the British Fashion Council-led Circular Fashion Innovation Network (CFIN) to tackle customer engagement challenges in circular initiatives. In collaboration with a coalition of brands, he developed an industry guide to shape the future of circular fashion communications. He also partnered with Exeter University’s Centre for Circular Economy to develop a practical toolkit to help organisations design customer experiences that encourage and embed circular behaviours at scale.
